The first Geospatial Brown Bag of the semester will be Tuesday, Sept. 11, 12 – 1pm in Morgan Library Room 203

GIS Instructor Elizabeth Tulanowski will be discussing how she used Collector for ArcGIS for a fun and completely non-work-related application, capturing her path in a race car around a track.

Topics discussed will include data setup, collection techniques, lessons learned with GPS, and processing methods to calculate lap time and speed.

(This presentation is a sneak preview of Beth’s upcoming session at the GIS in the Rockies Conference)
